Job Description:
(Based at HQ, Selayang)
Requirements:-
– Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute of higher learning
– Minimum 10 years of post-graduation experience preferably with at least one on-the-project site experience and lead in at least one full tender process
– Knowledge in pre/post contract administration on conventional as well as Design and Build Contracts
– To review tender evaluation and tender report
– Well versed in both Civil and Costing
– Possesses own vehicle and willing to travel within and outside country
– Possesses initiative and able to work independently and lead the contracts team
– Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience
– Age range : 30 years and above
