The multitude of operations right from DESIGN TO BUILD, collaborative efforts with LOCAL OR FOREIGN outfits or purely IN-HOUSE tandem with Juteras Design Workshop is located and housed under ONE ROOF on a 2 acre plot in Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam, Selangor. Construction Manager
Job Description:
– Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction.
– Able to effectively handle all construction matters from planning, projection, execution, monitoring & submission of reports.
– Monitor materials at site, budget, timing & quality standards
– To inspect, review, communicate all works, requirements & on compliance issues peers, workers, clients & statutory requirements.
– Effective communicate all works & requirements to both internal & external parties.
