Job Description
We invite qualified individuals to fill in the following positions:

Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Carry out collection activities in accordance to the Company’s finance policies, regulations and SOP.
– Meet monthly collection target of 90% and above for outstanding amounts.
– Raise requisition for credit/debit notes for invoice discrepancy.
– Recommend for suspension of service due to overdue account.
– Prepare monthly collection forecast.
– Reprint invoices/statements upon customers’ request.
– Prepare the bank-in slips and duly bank-in all collection monies on a daily basis.
– Ensure that the owing party is closely monitored and followed-up with telephone calls.
– Collect the amount due to the company within the standard 14 days or the agreed terms.
– Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time and whenever necessary.
Requirements:
– Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.
– At least 1-2 year(s) experience in any related field.
– Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
– Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
