Job Description

– Analyze the financial aspect of the business covering P&L on a monthly basis
– Communicate and support various departments to obtain accurate information for controlling purposes
– Prepare business financial reports
– Recommend and implement measures to mitigate business and operation risks in a timely manner
– Conduct price planning and analysis to assist in strategic decision making
– Ensure all orders and pricing are correct in the system and take proactive actions to ensure that the problematic orders are resolved on a timely basis
– Check and provide explanation on all orders that are outstanding as of month end
– Support the budget and forecast exercise of the financial result
– Prepare mid-month forecast to report to the holding company
– Support statutory requirements e.g. audit, tax and GST reporting

As a minimum, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

– Degree in Accounting/Finance and preferably a member of a Professional Accounting Body with minimum three years’ related working experience
– Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
