Job Description
The Job :-
Creating and maintaining documentation regarding the company’s products, offering support and guidance where necessary;
– Working with project IT professionals to prepare functional requirement;
– Coordinating participation of business units in testing, deployment and launch
– Monitoring the resources and assist in project activities to meet timeline;
– Analyzing company’s strategic business needs in relation to product offering;
– Presenting findings and specifications to development team and team leads
– Managing the requirement process and articulate the change process;
The Requirements:-
– Degree in Business Administration or IT related discipline
– Experienced in full software development i.e. design to inception to support;
– Ability to provide accurate and in-depth analysis on forecasting, trend analysis, commercial requirements
– Presentation skills in a structured format;
– Strong business acumen and high level of analytical skills
– Have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (native fluency in both languages);
