Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Manage, oversee and coordinate the day to day operations of the Bowling Centre;
– Implement, communicate and ensure the achievement of operational goals and objectives, marketing strategies, and budgets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
– Monitor forecasts, budgets, costs, and operating results;
– To Involve Interviewing, hiring, and training staff members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining staff members;
Requirements:
– Candidate(s) must possess minimum Diploma and above, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Operation Management or equivalent. Candidates from other fields will also be considered provided that wonting experience and job roles are related to this position;
– 5 or more years of experience in a management position in a Bowling center;
– Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel;
– Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
