Job Description
Requirements and Job Description:
• ICSA qualification or an/ qualification recognized by Companies Act 1965 to be a qualified company secretary.
• Minimum 3 year of corporate secretarial work experience.
• To work with external corporate secretarial firm.
• Familiar with requirements of Companies Act 1965, Companies Commission of Malaysia and Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement for the listed company and private subsidiaries.
• Ensure companies’ statutory records are in order and up-to-date.
• General administrative duties related to corporate services.
