Assistant Human Resource Manager
Job Description:
– Minimum Diploma/Degree in related fields with at least 5 years working experience in HR dept
– Oversees Human Resource functions inc. recruitment, selection and payroll administrations
– Able to handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, staffs counseling & grievances as well as other employees relations matters in compliance with labour law.
– Able to work independently
– Good Interpersonal skills with positive working experience
– Good command in English, B.Malaysia & Mandarin
