Job Description:
Salary, RM1800 to RM2200 per month Selangor – Subang Jaya
Requirements:
– Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
– Knowledge of a Full Set of Accounts recommended
– Minimum 1 to 2 years’experience in the related field
– Understanding of GMP procedures is an added advantage
– Computer literate and knowledge in MYOB software
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
Responsibilities:
♦ Assisting and reporting to the Administration Manager
♦ General administrative and accounting duties
♦ Filing documents, prepare invoices, PO, payment vouchers and petty cash
♦ Assist in HR related duties
♦ Arrange transporter/courier to pick up and deliver goods
♦ Assist in ad-hoc issues/duties that will be assigned from time to time
