We are an established German based company specializing in Cable Management Systems for Office Furniture. In line with our rapid expansion, we hereby invite dynamic and highly motivated candidates to fill the following position:

Administration & HR Executive

Job Description:

The Admin & HR Executive is responsible for the overall administration and provides HR support for the company. The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordination of daily administrative functions and liaising with suppliers
– Responsible for office equipment and building maintenance
– Handle company security matters (security guard and access) and liaise with security vendors
– Renewal of business licenses
– update and maintain Admin records
– Assist in maintaining HR records
– Organize staff events
– Handle insurance matters and coordinate with the agents
– Organize staff training and update training records
– Other related duties

Requirements:

– Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Computer literate with Microsoft Office
– Problem solving skills
