Full-Time Administration Executive (Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with Malaysian authorities in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) for the Corporate Services Department
– Handle the Corporate Services Department’s basic accounting tasks
– Assist the Corporate Services Department in dealing with clients’ general enquiries & FAQs
– Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Services Department
– Perform secretarial tasks for the Executive Director of MGCC, including fixing appointments, business trips and general communications
– Assist in the preparation of the Board of Directors’ meetings
– Liaise with the company secretary on all statutory matters
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
– Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage
– Experience in administrative functions with the ability to multi-task
– Good computer skills
– High degree of professionalism as subject-matter dealt with is strictly confidential
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision
– Dedicated and meticulous
