Full-Time Admin Assistant (Selangor)
Job Description
(Administrative Division – Subang Jaya)
The Job:
– Prepare sales order, purchase order, sub-contracting and in-transit related paper work
– Prepare paper work associated with DN, CN, Sales Return, GOL/GOL return, return P0, etc.
– Arrange transportation for in-bound shipment from Singapore
– Process paper work associated with GRN
– Match suppliers invoices against P0
– Check monthly transportation bills
– Prepare batch/material change in the SAP system
– Prepare monthly sales report to the Management
– Responsible for filing, attending phone call enquiries and other office duties
Requirements :
– Aged between 20 and 35
– Minimum SPM/ Diploma/A level Certificate
– Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience
– Knowledge of shipping and working in a SAP environment will be an added advantage
– Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Computer literate in Microsoft Office application
