Job Description
Position Summary :
This position is responsible for assisting the Dirigo Event team to implement all the day-to-day activities of projects in operation.
The job also entails providing administrative support to the management team.
The individual in this position must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and not be discouraged easily.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Set up Newsletters / Communicate with Runners
– Liaising with vendors and other 3rd parties to obtain required information
– Producing guidelines, reports and other materials
– Staffing events on-site
– Maintaining project files (hard and soft)
– Providing general administrative support for the small 5-6 person KL office including: answering phones, travel coordination and mailings.
– Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
– SPM and above
– Superb attention to detail and organization and ability to multi-task
– Excellent written and oral English communication skills is an advantage
– Ability to work independently as well as within a team
– Willingness to work non-traditional hours
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
